Organization
HC AMVJ is run by a large group of volunteers, together with a number of paid employees.
Management
The board of HC AMVJ consists of 7 volunteers, who together with our staff manage the policy and day-to-day affairs. In addition, we work with various committees, also run by volunteers, who take care of a package of tasks per department.
Hockey technical part
The hockey technical part is led by our professional staff, consisting of a technical youth manager, youth coordinator and trainer/coaches for the first Ladies & Men team and the junior selection teams.
Goalkeeper training
We have excellent goalkeeper training for all permanent keepers (junior and senior). We also have goalkeeper training for all youth teams without a permanent goalkeeper.
Association manager
The association manager is the linchpin in the web within HC AMVJ. Because we as HC AMVJ like to work with a good internal organization, short lines and quick accessibility, the board and/or the association manager maintains close contact with the committees and there are regular consultations about progress and possible changes. new developments.

Technical Manager Youth
Loet is responsible for the entire youth academy.
In addition, he coordinates training sessions for the U10 and is responsible for development of the trainers.

Club manager
Willem-Jan supports the board and the committees and provides general communication to members and staff.

Coordinator youngest youth and U12-U18 non-selection teams
Morris is responsible for the youngest youth and U12-U18 non-selection teams. He coordinates the training sessions of those teams.

Annelies is responsible for the backoffice (such as making the trainingschedule, the website, etc.)
