Without volunteers, no club. Below you can see which committees there are at HC AMVJ. By volunteering at AMVJ, you are of great value to your club and you are often very involved in what happens at the club. Would you like to help AMVJ as a volunteer? Send an email to our association manager!
The accommodation committee arranges everything regarding the fields of HC AMVJ and is in contact with the municipality and the foundation.
The arbitration committee regulates everything regarding the whistling of matches at HC AMVJ. Think of organizing referee courses, assigning referees, helping young/inexperienced referees and holding refresher meetings for the rules of the game on the field or in the hall.
Category leaders are the social feelers within a category. They are the link between the club and the team leaders. Team supervisors can contact them with questions. Category leaders help team leaders to search for substitutes.
The First Aid Committee is present at larger events at HC AMVJ. In addition, they regularly check the first aid boxes and refill them when necessary.
The senior events committee organizes events for the seniors (hockey and non-hockey related), such as the Oktoberfest, TDs and the final tournament.
The audit committee checks the financial documents of HC AMVJ (prior to ALV).
The members' secretariat administers new members, cancellations and changes.
The equipment committee arranges everything regarding the goalkeeper and training materials.
The sponsor committee takes care of sponsor recruitment, communication to sponsors and organization of sponsor expressions.
The sportsmanship committee is about sportsmanship and respect: think of the blue card, for example.
The TC juniors is responsible for developing, running and supervising the youth department of the association.
The Team Committee arranges everything related to senior hockey. They make the training schedule for the seniors, have contact with the captains and have contact with the KNHB.
The competition secretariat divides the home games (field hockey) into the available fields and times, sends the DWF codes and is in contact with team supervisors/captains if there are any questions.
You can contact the confidential counselor with questions that you want to put in confidence.
The hall committee does everything that has to do with indoor hockey: think, for example, of making reservations for the halls to train in (in consultation with TC JR/SR) and they are the contact person for the KNHB.
